Two Championship Courses  

Our two meticulously maintained championship golf courses, The Bear and Bobcat Course, offer our members and guests breathtaking scenery and a challenging golf experience for any skill level. Our courses have been the host to USGA events, Florida State Golf Association events, as well as ranking in Golfweek Magazine as one of Florida's Top 25 Most Distinctive Courses. 

Even with the many events we host, we strive to center our course around our members. For example, instead of a points-based tee system, we promise low-density golf even during peak season through our preferred tee times system. Because we have two distinct golf courses, there is no pressure of bumping into the person in front of you, because we know that feeling.  

If you want to hone in on your game, our premier practice facility allows you the ability to improve your game with an expanded practice tee, landing area, and increased short game area focusing in on shots from 60 yards in.

One of the most frustrating parts about golf memberships is the dreaded two-week aerification process that closes down the entire course. Not here! When we aerify one of our courses, we keep the other one open! So that means golf 365 days a year here at The Forest, whether it be on the long and narrow Bear Course or the short and wide Bobcat Course.

Golf With A Purpose

One of the best feelings you can get is when you give back to the community. All of our members take great pride in the numerous charity events that we have. One event coming up is our 30th Annual Red Sox Children’s Hospital Celebrity Golf Classic Event Series. The event's proceeds benefit the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida’s neurosurgery program.

During 2022, our generous sponsors and event participants raised nearly $400,000! Funds benefited the expansion of pediatric neurosurgical services at Golisano Children’s Hospital, which provides lifesaving care to kids in our region when it matters most.
