This co-ed hybrid class combines yoga and pilates movements to gently strengthen, tone and stretch your muscles. Tubing and foam rollers may also be used to compliment the movements.

Join us on Wednesdays at 8am for small group interval workout focuses on interval training to burn body fat. An upper body, lower body and core exercise is performed for either a 30, 45, or 60 second intervals, interspersed with cardio blasts to get your heart pumping. Everyone works at their own pace and chooses their own weights.

Aqua Zumba is a low impact/high energy workout that utilizes Latin and international music for dance integrated with a water based workout that is easier on the joints and utilizes the natural water resistance. It is designed for everyone who can follow instruction and likes being in the water. Instructor, Maria Grace Elston, leads a devoted group of ladies every Monday and Friday morning at 9:30 a.m. The class rotates monthly among the condo associations’ pools. The Latin music is fun and an enthusiastic Maria Grace keeps us in an upbeat mood while we “shake it up” in the water. You do not have to know how to swim, as we stay in the shallow end! The cost of the class is $5.00 per session and no special equipment is needed. Residents of the community are welcome.
